The period of matriculation exams is approaching... mock exams, workload, pressure—all the conditions are ripe for real anxiety. Beliefs I have about my abilities to succeed, low self-esteem, and, of course, past failures and academic difficulties can strengthen and create a real sense of anxiety during exams. This can manifest through headaches, stomachaches, nausea, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, and more...

It starts with my thoughts about the exam, usually negative and stressful thoughts... "I don't know anything, I'm sure I'll fail, I'm worthless, if I don't succeed they'll laugh at me / be disappointed in me / I won't get into the program I wanted..." and so on...

And from there, the emotions and physical sensations are quick to follow.

Because if I practice these thoughts every day, I'll become really good at them. I'll believe them and live my life knowing they're true. They will take up so much space and affect my ability to prepare for the exam, as well as my motivation and desire to succeed.

How do we change this? How do we get on the path to success? By practicing differently...

We train ourselves to think and feel differently.

We change the path and the way.

And very quickly, we reach the goal.

Integrative training—everyone can choose which direction the light will shine..
