How many times has it happened? We sent the kids to school with an organized bag, completed homework, and in real-time, when the teacher asked, the child said, "I don't have it." Then the teacher wrote a note, maybe even called... Yes, sometimes when they pack their bag on their own, they really do forget to put everything they need inside. Then they arrive in class without equipment, unable to truly learn and work, forced to look at a friend's book, ask for a sheet of paper and a pencil. This makes it very difficult for them.

But it happens quite often that we were there with them. We made sure they went to school with all the assignments, notebooks, and books. A full pencil case, a reading book. The signed permission slip for the trip. And in real-time, they didn’t remember it was there!!!! Frustrating!

Annoying!

A feeling of helplessness because we did everything right! This is where our connection, as parents, with the educational staff comes in. Update the teacher, ask her to ask the child to open the bag and check again. To offer help in searching. Because in real-time, we’re not there... and the child’s memory... isn’t there either...
