Don't want to sleep, vacation tomorrow

Vacation?! The joyful holiday has brought with it many days off for us parents.

A wonderful opportunity for family gatherings, trips, quality time, and more...

Naturally, the structured routine of everyday life has been disrupted...

And this often leads to children sleeping less.

Accumulated fatigue causes children to become "hyperactive" to some extent, tired, irritable, and angry.

And we, the parents, as a result of these behaviors, also become impatient and count the moments until the routine returns.

It’s important to remember that children need these hours of sleep every day, not just "on school days." Make sure to create a structured daily routine even outside of the regular schedule, including times for relaxation and rest, as well as sufficient sleep according to the children’s age.

And may we get through the holiday peacefully. Amen!
